LAWN CARE & GARDEN TIPS IN NOVEMBER
- A good time to aerate the lawn.
- Lawn cutting may cease during this month.
- Prune back a third of hardy shrubs just above any visible buds, including roses. Plus, thin out and dead wood or crossed stems – 5-7 stems left from the base for most woody shrubs.
- Be aware of damp and humid conditions which may cause lawn & plant diseases.
- Plant Spring bulbs, planning types giving interest from February – June.
