Grass Cutting & Strimming

Using our own specialist machinery, including Hayter, Toro & STIHL, all operations are carried out with the utmost professionalism. Attention to detail and leaving grounds in the highest possible presentable and tidy form, is key and essential to the services we offer. Sensible cutting heights, a striped and tidy finish with clippings boxed-off and being ever aware of rotating cutting direction, helps us to keep a healthy and vibrant lawn. Removal of leaves during the Autumn months is also vital for lawn health and disease suppression.

For vast grassland areas needing their heights maintained for aesthetical and safety purposes, we have specialist commercial pedestrian machinery and blowing equipment which leave grounds in a very tidy state. We are also fully trained and competent in the use of Ride-on and Tractor Operated machinery, often using customer-owned or hiring-in this type of machinery for the larger areas of land we currently maintain.

Hedge Maintenance

Being very in-tune and aware of the impacts on nature, we will always assess and plan hard-hedging maintenance and pruning around the designated bird nesting periods. Also, being aware of the importance and need for keeping potentially dangerous boundaries safe and clear for any public traffic, and optimum timings for different hedge types.

Hedge Pests, Diseases and Disorders

Recognising and Treating symptoms of plant stress is key to its continued health and formation. For example, pests such as the Box-Hedge Moth can cause irreversible damage, so quick assessment and treatment is crucial and something we are very happy to advise on or treat.

Tree Pruning, Pollarding & Felling

We are trained and capable of pruning and felling small trees. However, for larger tree felling and maintenance, we use the services of fully qualified Arborist and Tree Surgeons. They are experts in their field and offer a free Tree Preservation Order (TPO) survey application service, should you wish to use their services for any maintenance on these protected trees.
