An instant Hedge line is often the first choice of many clients. We are happy to advise on plant vs situation type, supply and plant these lifted plants, along with any soil amendments, fertilisers, composts and any staking or protection needed.

Native Bare-root Planting

Traditional farming-type boundary hedging is a very affordable and natural way to slowly grow a rich, secure, and attractive coverage for perimeter areas. Hawthorn, Blackthorn, Beech and Rose wood are often planted during the winter months, secured with cane and pest guards.

We offer all maintenance services associated with plants. From general labour intensive and monotonous weeding, to plant pruning, weed, disease & pest control, nutrition, and watering, plus additional or complete replanting of new and existing areas. For clients who desire completely new or additional planted areas or borders, we are always happy to listen to your likes/dislikes and advise on planting schemes suited to your garden situation and/or soil type.
For very detailed and bespoke planting schemes, a professional drawing can be produced to scale, along with a seasonal maintenance advisory.

Growing a wildflower area is a beautiful and inexpensive way of making use of any unkempt or bare areas you may have in your gardens or outdoor spaces. Clearance and preparing the soil for sowing is the important part, choosing the species or blends you desire and growing-in is the easy part. I am a huge fan of sowing wildflower mixes at home every Spring. Not only do they offer such beauty, but they also require minimal maintenance, minimal watering and encourage all forms of pollenating bees and insects to visit. Thus, keeping your other plants regularly pollenated and the wasps at bay! I would highly recommend everyone to designate an area or large pot for this abundance of joy. A very enjoyable and cheap way to have cut flowers throughout the growing season.
